Your main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Assessing the existing Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Graph and integration landscape.
- Defining and implementing platform standards, security, governance and best practices.
- Designing, building and deploying production-ready Copilot Studio agents.
- Developing supporting APIs, Azure Functions and custom connectors.
- Configuring and managing Microsoft Graph permissions, including delegated and application permissions.
- Managing Entra ID application registrations, managed identities and service identities.
- Implementing integration patterns between Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 and backend services.
- Managing Power Platform solutions and deployment practices.
- Delivering three predefined Copilot initiatives from technical design through production deployment.
- Producing technical documentation and ensuring knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required skills:
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions in production.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Graph, including delegated and application permissions.
- Solid experience with Azure Functions using C# and/or PowerShell.
- Experience designing and developing APIs and custom connectors.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities and application registrations.
- Experience with Power Platform solution management and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure integration environments.
- Good understanding of enterprise security, identity and governance principles.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services would be an advantage.
Your profile:
- You have a strong background as an Azure / Microsoft Integration Engineer, with hands‑on experience in Copilot Studio and AI agents.
- You are comfortable working across integration, identity, Microsoft Graph and backend development topics.
- You are autonomous and able to take ownership of solutions from assessment and design through production deployment.
- You have a strong delivery mindset and are comfortable working within short project timelines.
- You are structured, pragmatic and able to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- You have strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.
Languages:
- French and/or German: strong advantage.
