About the role

• As a
• Cross-Product Platform Owner

, you will be responsible for keeping the platform and its run-the-business workflows running smoothly by continuously fine-tuning it in form of improvements and bugfix tickets.

You will also support both current and future clients to integrate with our platform, testing their workflows and getting them running.

Additionally, you will assist the change-the-business product managers with the platform-specific aspects of their projects.

This means that you will often act as the bridge between front office, client users, and technology, ensuring that our platform capabilities and APIs enable efficient, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of APIs and system integrations, combined with a good grasp of platforms that are shared across products, accounting, and financial workflows to support customers operating in financial environments.

The starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cross-product platform strategy and integration roadmap
• Define and optimize workflows that connect multiple products and services
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align platform capabilities with business and customer needs
• Support customers and partners in integrating our solutions through APIs and other integration technologies
• Gather customer feedback and translate business requirements into platform improvements.
• Work with Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver platform enhancements
• Ensure a consistent, scalable, and user-centric product experience across all solutions, serving the needs of both our customers and internal teams such as Operations
• Provide guidance and best practices for API usage, integrations, and workflow design
• Own and enhance the platform capabilities related to tasks and activities that are performed by Operations
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting-related processes and data flows
• Act as platform expert and level 2 support for possible production incidents
• Act as business release manager for deployments of new platform software versions (including testing and release notes)
• Ideally, at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Platform Owner, Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or similar role
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interoperability
• Experience supporting customers or partners with technical integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Nice to have
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, or ERP systems
• Experience working in Agile product development environments
• Understanding of workflow automation and business process design
• Experience with Front-to-back workflows including basic accounting flows (T-accounts, debit vs. credit etc.)
• Experience with operational workflow management
• Knowledge of swift-based payments and reports
