Duties
- Identify, prioritize, illustrate and fix data quality issues through data analysis and profiling.
- Maintain & drive a master list of data quality issues, priorities, and status and keep stakeholders informed of issues as they arise.
- Plan, execute and oversee remediation efforts via data catalog, systems, processes, and the related projects.
- Implement data governance for respective data sets to improve data quality and availability.
- Implement automated measures to increase the quality of data and metadata.
- Produce training materials and traing business users.
- Expalin complex topics to business and technical teams.
- Produce training materials and train business users in using the data catalog & data quality tools,
- Actively support and share knowledge across the teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data management, data governance.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Engineering or IT.
- Fluency in English and German and excellent presentation skills.
- Expertise in SQL and Power BI is required.
- Experience with data catalog solutions is a plus.
- Azure, Tableau, SSRS, Python, Alteryx or KNIME expertise is a plus.
- Business oriented, dedicated, strong organisational skills.
- Technical knowledge of data profiling, analysis, data cleansing, de-duplication and data quality measurements.
- Preferably Knowledge of Data Integration (ETL, Data Services) and an understanding of Private Markets.
- Driven persronality, team player and have the ability to think outside the box and go the extra mile.
- Analytical mindsetand a problem solver.
