Act as a reliable deputy to the HR Manager and independently manage HR operations in their absence Responsible for the complete employee onboarding and offboarding process Ensure full compliance with Swiss legal, labour, social security and employment requirements Manage and maintain accurate personnel files, HR records and employee databases Responsible for tax, AHV, pension fund and other relevant employee registrations Handle work and residence permit applications, renewals and deregistrations for international employees Responsible for Einzugs- und Auszugsanzeigen and ensuring all notifications are submitted correctly and on time Manage the employee clearance and exit process, including coordination with relevant internal departments Ensure HR data is accurate, complete and up to date in all relevant systems Act as a competent contact person for employees, department heads and management regarding HR-related matters Provide guidance to managers and employees on LGAV, employment contracts, working hours, holidays, absences and other employment-related topics Make HR decisions independently and take over the operational responsibility of the HR department in the absence of the HR Manager.
