WHO WE NEED
- Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service.
- Supervise, motivate, and coach the team to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, presentation, and overall guest experience.
- Assist with staff scheduling, daily briefings, task allocation, and operational coordination.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Support inventory control, stock management, ordering, and proper handling of F&B products.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health, and company standards and procedures.
- Act as the Outlet Manager in their absence and ensure continuity of operations and service standards.
