- WHO WE NEED
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and tidiness across all Back of House areas
- Provide operational support to all departments as required, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the operation
- Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all areas and equipment are prepared and cleared efficiently
- Load and unload catering vans, ensuring all required equipment, supplies, and materials are prepared, transported, and properly stored
- Support the setup and breakdown of catering locations during events, ensuring materials and equipment are handled safely and efficiently
- Assist the Maintenance team with operational tasks during periods of increased workload
- Take ownership of assigned operational tasks and proactively support the wider team whenever required
- Assist with inventory management, including organizing, monitoring, and storing stock and operational materials
