Portier / Chasseur

The Monte Rosa transports guests back to the origins of mountain tourism, steeped in the charm of the founding era yet entirely free of any musty, museum-like feel.

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Portier / Chasseur (m/f/d) to join our historical property.

Provide seamless arrival and departure assistance for hotel guests, including luggage handling and transfers Carry out various internal and external errands in support of daily hotel operations Handle the collection, sorting, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail Vacuum staircases, walkways, corridors, and the passage leading to the Residence.

Clean and mop the entrance area, the Residence staircase, and the ski room.

Deliver laundry baskets to guest floors and return them to the staff entrance once emptied.

Vacuum all guest rooms and corridors.

Assist room attendants with the removal and transport of soiled linen.

Collect and dispose of waste and rubbish throughout the property.

Assist guests with luggage transportation for arrivals, departures, and room changes.

Deliver and set up extra beds and baby cots in guest rooms.

Inspect, replace, and maintain light bulbs and lamps as required.
