Work closely with internal teams across Finance, Operations, Account Management, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
Report directly to the Head of Legal
Advise internal teams on legal matters, particularly employment, contract, and data protection law
Handle cases involving Coople workers and customers, including correspondence, settlements, and conciliation proceedings
Draft and review customer and vendor contracts
Contribute to the further development of the Coople platform and regulatory projects
Evaluate and implement Legal Tech tools
Support data protection matters and implement and further develop requirements under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG) and the EU GDPR
Review and further develop general terms and conditions, contract templates, and internal governance frameworks
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on internal processes and policies
Conduct internal training and awareness initiatives
Requirements
- Master of Law (MLaw) from a Swiss university
- 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally as in-house counsel
- Fluent in German and English (the company language)
- French language skills are an advantage
- Highly precise, reliable, and self-directed working style, combined with a positive can-do attitude
- Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Practical, business-oriented approach to solving problems
- Ability to advise internal stakeholders clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner
- Interest in and affinity for using modern Legal Tech and AI tools
- Knowledge of employment and/or data protection law is an advantage
- Experience in the staffing services industry is an advantage
