For the Basel branch we are looking for a motivated personality as Junior Team Leader Customer Advisory Advisory Centre to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your mission

• Leadership tasks: You lead a team of about 5 people professionally and personally according to the shared leadership understanding. You recognise and anticipate changes in the team and thus ensure the necessary personnel resources.
• Operational excellence: You are jointly responsible for ensuring a high service standard and smooth operational flow. This also includes participation in day-to-day business.
• Complaint management: You act as an escalation point for difficult or complex customer situations.
• Sales management: You monitor and promote sales activities and support target achievement through appropriate measures.
• Subject matter expert: You support/coach our employees with your expertise and are available as support for questions to ensure our customers are optimally cared for.
• Market development: You proactively implement sales and market development measures. In addition, you take on representative tasks to strengthen the image of our bank and promote our success.

Your profile

• Completed training in banking
• Several years of professional experience in customer advisory in the banking sector
• Further training in banking & finance is an advantage
• Ideally, you master a second national language in spoken and written form
• You enjoy contact with people, are rhetorically skilled and act responsibly
• You are a flexible, motivated and team-oriented personality and are willing to develop further in leadership
