Overview
We are seeking a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Finance & Accounting practice. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes (360), developing client relationships, and building a candidate network. This role is ideal for someone with a commercial mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Business development and client management, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Source, interview, and assess finance and accounting professionals across various levels.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and manage a strong network of qualified candidates.
- Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regulatory changes within Finance & Accounting.
- Share insights internally and externally to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on Finance & Accounting.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; Swiss German is highly desired.
- Commercially savvy with a consultative approach to business development.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
