You build and run our software products with us: a market-intelligence platform, an agentic project-management platform, and whatever we build next. You work directly with our small team from idea to MVP to live operation. Some days you develop a frontend or a datamodel, on other days you tighten a deployment or wire up an agent workflow.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will build across frontend, API, data model and migrations, from prototype to stable products
- You will ship and operate what you build (deployments, monitoring, backupsand restore)
- You will design agent and low-code workflows (e.g., via n8n), on-prem-capable and data-sovereign
- You will build EU/CHcompliant products(access, backup and patch concepts)
- Your first year: your first product increment is live by month3, you run our releases and operations potentially with a team by month 12

WHAT YOU BRING
- 2–4 years of hands-on softwareengineering
- Atleast one product in production: you shipped it yourself and then operated it. That counts more than the launch
- Full-stack dev: modern frontend, API/backend, data modelling, migrations
- Self-hosted operations: Docker, reverse proxy, backups, monitoring
- AI-enabled development with review discipline: you move fast with the current AI stack and understand what it writes
- Direct and open communication: structured, proactive, independent; German from B2 and fluent English
- Nice to have: n8n, Claude Code, Lovable, Supabase, GitHub, data protection, regulatedenvironments, start-up experience
