We are looking for an

MPS Planner to join our Fragrance – the growing category- team based in Wollerau, Switzerland.

In this role, you will own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for your category and play a critical role in balancing demand, supply, and operational constraints across our global network.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and contribute to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, helping to deliver best-in-class service, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage the global Master Production Schedule (MPS) across operational and long-term planning horizons.
  • Identify demand and supply imbalances and proactively develop scenarios to mitigate constraints and risks.
  • Support and provide key inputs into the Global IBP / Supply Review process.
  • Drive inventory health, fill rate performance, and asset utilization for your product portfolio.
  • Issue production plans to manufacturing sites and Third-Party Manufacturers (TPMs), ensuring alignment across the supply chain.
  • Communicate supply commitments and manage execution against plan.
  • Monitor performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Prioritize constrained materials and manufacturing capacity to optimize service and business results.
  • Maintain accurate planning parameters, data, and system inputs while continuously improving planning processes.
  • Partner with Strategic Capacity Planning teams to anticipate and support future capacity requirements.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2-4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Supply Planning, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with planning systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, o9, E2Open, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across functions, regions, and cultures.
  • Fluent in English.
