Murex Delivery Lead / Lead Solution Architect - Murex Transformation - Relocation Available
Location: Switzerland - Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week
We're supporting a major transformation programme for a leading commodities organisation, seeking a Delivery Lead / Lead Solution Architect with strong Murex and commodities trading experience.
You'll take senior ownership of the end-to-end Murex transformation, working across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Data and Enterprise Integration.
The Role-
- Lead delivery of a large-scale Murex transformation programme from design through to go-live and hypercare.
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture and ensure alignment across business and technology workstreams.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Trading, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology.
- Lead programme governance, delivery planning, RAID management and executive reporting.
- Oversee integrations, data migration, reconciliation, SIT, UAT and production deployment.
- Coordinate Murex teams, technology partners and third-party vendors.
- Support the transition towards Murex becoming the strategic system of record.
What We're Looking For-
- 10+ years' Murex experience, ideally across major transformation programmes.
- 15+ years' experience across Capital Markets, Commodities, Treasury or related financial technology.
- Strong understanding of commodity trading, derivatives and CTRM.
- Proven experience leading complex Murex implementations or transformations.
- Strong Solution Architecture and systems integration background.
- Experience working across Front Office, Risk, Operations and Finance.
- Proven senior stakeholder and programme leadership experience.
- Experience managing large, multi-location teams and third-party vendors.
