Mission

Lead the delivery of a complex, cross-border transformation by turning plans into shipped outcomes.

You will own the integrated delivery roadmap, drive cross-stream execution, and ensure reliable releases.

You translate financials controls and delivery data into actions, keep stakeholders decision-ready, and continuously improve delivery flow and predictability.

  • Main responsibilities
  • Integrated Delivery Leadership
  • Own the cross-programme delivery roadmap, release plan, and cutover/hypercare readiness
  • Run the weekly delivery forum: cross-stream dependency sync, risk review, and unblock decisions
  • Manage scope through structured change control; balance MVP vs. value and risk trade-offs
  • Maintain critical path, handoffs, and sequencing across Tech and Business workstreams
  • Ensure definition of done, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates are met for each phase
  • Execution Governance and Risk Control
  • Operate stage gates/tollgates (Initiate/Plan/Build/Test/Deploy/Hypercare) with go/no-go criteria
  • Drive programme-level RAID: anticipate impacts, secure mitigations, escalte early
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements (e. g., data privacy, SOX) in delivery plans
  • Run periodic delivery health checks; implement corrective actions and systemic fixes
  • Financials Control
  • Maintain multi-year budget and rolling forecast aligned to delivery phases and releases
  • Track actuals vs. plan; manage variances, accruals, capitalization (Cap Ex/Op Ex)
  • Define and track benefits KPIs with baselines and realization plans tied to releases
  • Vendor financial governance: PO tracking, SOW alignment, milestone billing, rate cards, burn.
  • Partner with Finance on controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
  • Resource, Capacity
  • Build the cross-stream capacity model across FTEs, contractors, and vendors
  • Balance demand/supply, manage skills mix, and optimize onboarding/offboarding cadence
  • Track utilization, productivity, and cost-to-serve; address bottlenecks swiftly
  • Drive vendor performance management against delivery SLAs and quality metrics
  • Reporting, Insights, and Decision Velocity
  • Run a cadence of weekly status, monthly performance, and quarterly deep-dives
  • Maintain executive-ready packs and dashboards: milestones, risks, capacity, financials
  • Turn delivery data into insights and scenarios; recommend and secure decisions
  • Maintain a single source of truth for scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and benefits
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Align with the Programme Director on priorities and decision options with trade-offs
  • Map stakeholders and execute a communications plan across regions/functions
  • Tooling and Data for Delivery Flow
  • Stand up and operate the delivery toolset Jira/Xray, Confluence, RAID, dashboards)
  • Ensure data quality, version control, and access governance across all artefacts
  • Automate reporting where possible; define KPI model for flow, predictability, and quality

Your Profile

Experience and Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years leading delivery or programme governance in complex, cross-border transformations
  • Proven accountability for significant budgets across multi-vendor landscapes
  • Track record delivering multi-workstream Tech + Business outcomes at scale
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related
  • Preferred certifications: PMP/PRINCE2, MSP, SAFe/Scrum, Mo P/Mo V; CIMA/FP&A coursework beneficial

Skills and Competencies

  • Languages: Fluent in English and French
  • Delivery leadership: cross-stream orchestration, dependency management, cutover readiness
  • Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, Cap Ex/Op Ex, benefits, unit economics
  • Planning mastery: critical path, release planning, scenario modeling
  • Data storytelling: convert delivery/financial metrics into clear decisions
  • Communication: crisp, executive-ready materials; facilitation across time zones
  • Risk and issue management under ambiguity; structured problem solving
