ICT Specialist
Applicants must reside in Lugano or nearby areas and be available for on-site work at our Lugano office. Virtual Sagl, an ICT consulting Company, is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our IT Team in Lugano office for the role of ICT Specialist.
Tasks:
- Help Desk support, covering both Level 1 and Level 2 technical assistance
- Setup and configuration of Windows and macOS clients
- Setup of iOS and Android smartphone
- Cable management
- Preparation of IT documentation
Collaboration and Communication:
- Engages with end-users to gather and analyze requirements, while providing ongoing support and training to enhance user experience
- Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality support level.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology with 3 years working experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Windows 11 and macOS
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, with hands-on experience in managing Exchange Online, Teams, and core productivity services
- Knowledge of Active Directory and its core functionalities
- Very good level of English is required (minimum B2); other European languages would be an advantage
- Driven by a deep focus on end-user satisfaction and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with excellent skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining focus and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Must ensure strict confidentiality in handling client information, in accordance with data protection standards
- Available to work in shifts during the weekend and evenings
